Habits that stick

This page explains how to delete your Streakly account and all data associated with it. Streakly is published by LiaIT Digital and distributed on Google Play as hr.streakly.app.
The fastest way is directly in Streakly:
Deletion runs immediately. Your account and all associated data are removed at once — this is a permanent deletion, not a deactivation, and it cannot be undone.
If you have already uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, send a deletion request to liait.digital@gmail.com from the email address associated with your Streakly account. We verify ownership of the address and complete the deletion within 30 days of the request.
Deleting your account permanently removes all of the following:
Nothing from the list above is kept in an archived or anonymised form. It is deleted outright.
Purchase records — If you ever bought a Streakly subscription, records of those transactions are retained by Google Play and by our billing provider RevenueCat for as long as tax and accounting law requires. We cannot delete these on your behalf, and they cannot be used to restore your account or view any of your habit data.
Encrypted backups — Our database provider keeps encrypted backups on a rolling schedule. Deleted records may persist in those backups for up to 30 days after deletion, after which they are permanently overwritten. Backups are not accessible to the app and are never used to restore an individual account.
Cancelling a subscription does not delete your account. If you want both, cancel the subscription in Google Play and then delete your account using the steps above.
