1. Information We Collect

Account information — When you register, we collect your email address and optional display name.

Habit and reminder data — We store the habits and reminders you create, including names, schedules, icons, and completion records.

Voice input — When you use the voice command feature, your speech is converted to text on your device using Android's built-in speech recognition. The resulting text is sent to our server solely to interpret your intent (e.g. create a habit or reminder). We do not store audio recordings.

Billing information — When you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by Google Play. We do not store your card details. We receive and store only your subscription status, plan tier, and renewal date.

2. Microphone Permission

Streakly requests access to your device's microphone exclusively to enable the voice command feature. Microphone access is used only when you actively press the voice button. You can deny this permission and still use all other features of the app.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and sync your habits and reminders across devices
• To send local notifications and reminders you have scheduled
• To process voice commands and create habits or reminders on your behalf
• To maintain your account and authenticate your identity
• To process subscription payments and manage your plan tier

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database platform. Data is protected using row-level security policies, meaning you can only access your own data. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase — database and authentication (Privacy Policy)
• Google Play — payment processing for paid subscriptions. Google Play handles payment details directly; we never see or store your card details. (Privacy Policy)
• Google AI (Gemini) — processing voice command text to extract intent. Only the transcribed text is sent, never audio. (Privacy Policy)
• Google Sign-In — optional authentication method (Privacy Policy)

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at the email address below. Cancelling a subscription does not delete your account or habit data.

7. Children's Privacy

Streakly is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Your Rights
